3:14 PM — West Paris — Medical (Stroke Call) - Dispatchers alerted responders to a stroke call at the Dollar General on Bethel Road. The patient was described as having a facial droop on one side and was reported to be in the break room at the back of the store. An ambulance responded

3:19PM — Paris — Child Crisis / Medical - Police were called to Western Avenue after an adult reported being assaulted by a six-year-old child. The child was also reported to have threatened to jump from a window. The child's mother requested an ambulance for a crisis transport, and EMS was later dispatched for the six-year-old. The child was subsequently transported to Stephens.

3:20 PM — Woodstock — Medical (Sickness) - Responders were sent to Rumford Avenue for an 84-year-old man with low oxygen who was confused. Urgency: Urgent. The responding ambulance later reported transporting a patient to Stephens.

5:01 PM — Mexico — Protection From Abuse Order Served - An officer advised that a subject would be served at the Mexico Walmart. A short time later, an officer reported that the PFA (protection from abuse order) had been served.

5:20 PM — Rumford — Medical (Choking) - Medcare and Rumford EMS were dispatched to Spring Avenue, near Linnell Street and Wheeler Street, for a 76-year-old woman who was choking. Urgency: Very Urgent. The patient was reported to be conscious. A rescue unit also responded. Units cleared the scene, and the call ended with a patient refusal.

5:37 PM — Oxford — Medical (Casino) - A police officer at a casino requested an ambulance for a subject reported to be in chronic pain. The ambulance was asked to respond to the hotel entrance.

5:57 PM — Norway — Medical (Abdominal Complaint) - Pace was dispatched to Main Street for a 76-year-old man whose stomach felt hot and hurt. Urgency: Urgent. The responding ambulance later reported transporting a patient to Stephens.

6:21 PM — Norway — Medical (Sickness) - Pace was dispatched to Locust Drive for an 85-year-old man with a fever, vomiting and a sore throat. Urgency: Not Urgent. Pace requested a lift assist, and Norway Fire responded. Pace later advised it had the patient, and the Norway units cleared. The responding ambulance later reported transporting one patient to Stephens.

7:50 PM — Andover — Mental Health Crisis - Medcare and Andover first responders were dispatched to North Main Street, near Pleasant Street and Stillman Road, for a 19-year-old woman in crisis who wanted to be taken to St. Mary's. Urgency: Urgent. Police were advised and were en route. Dispatch relayed that she has a knife she keeps in her purse with no intent to use it, and that she had bitten a first responder in the past and tried to bite another. The ambulance was later shown staging in the area while police were still en route. The responding officer later reported that things were all set and that she would be transported shortly. A unit later reported arriving at St. Mary's.

8:03 PM — Paris — Fire Alarm - Paris Fire was dispatched to High Street for a fire alarm. The caller reported alarms sounding in all eight apartments at the back end of an apartment complex but did not know the building number. Responders found nothing showing from the east side of the two-story multi-family building. A faulty detector was found, and maintenance was on scene to repair it.

8:16 PM — Rumford — Disabled Vehicle - A Medcare crew reported a disabled vehicle at the intersection of Bridge Street and Franklin Street and asked that Rumford police be sent, describing it as a traffic hazard. A wrecker was requested. The towing service initially had no record of the call. At the Rumford officer's request, a wrecker was sent with an estimated arrival of 10 minutes.

9:13 PM — Dixfield — Electrical Hazard

Dixfield Fire was dispatched to Meadowbrook Terrace, across the street from a residence and near Weld Street, for a caller reporting a pole on fire. Urgency: Urgent. The first fire unit reported investigating on scene. CMP was requested for an electrical issue and was later reported en route with an estimated arrival of 20 minutes. Fire officials later advised the CMP issue was resolved and released all units from the scene.

10:28 PM — West Paris — Medical (Low Oxygen) - Pace was dispatched to High Street for a 93-year-old man with low oxygen. Urgency: Urgent. Pace requested a lift assist on scene, and West Paris Fire was toned out. West Paris Fire units later cleared. The ambulance later reported being back in service at Stephens.

12:50 PM — Mount Abram — Injury - Greenwood First Responders were dispatched to Howe Hill Road for a 49-year-old woman who reportedly injured her ribs.

1:07 PM — Rumford — Domestic Disturbance - Rumford officers were sent to Cumberland Street for a reported domestic disturbance. The caller said a subject was hurting her grandmother and grabbing at her, and screaming could be heard in the background. Dispatch told officers no weapons were involved.

2:08 PM — Mexico — Neighbor Dispute - A caller reported that her neighbor yelled obscenities at her because she was having a fire. The neighbor lives in a silver trailer near the caller.

2:26 PM — Oxford — Traffic Complaint - A caller on Weberbrook Road reported about eight vehicles doing donuts in the road in front of a yellow trailer.

2:27 PM — Oxford — Vehicle Off Road - A caller on Main Street said they were run off the road, with no injuries reported. Oxford Fire, Fire Police and the Oxford ambulance responded to what was described as a single vehicle off the road, with no airbag deployment, no injuries and a possible fluid leak.

2:33 PM — Fryeburg — Indecent Exposure - A caller reported that a man was masturbating in public at Weston Beach on River Street and left on an orange Harley. The caller did not see which direction he went. A later update said the Harley turned right out of the parking lot.

2:36 PM — Rumford — Breathing Difficulty - Medcare, Rumford first responders and Rumford Rescue 1 were sent for a 53-year-old woman with low oxygen levels and difficulty breathing. Responders were later told she has asthma, was changing color and was not responding normally.

3:17 PM — Rumford — Harassment Complaint - A woman on Cumberland Street reported that while she was walking home from Rumford Hospital, a child began verbally harassing her. She said an egg was thrown that nearly hit her service dog.

3:39 PM — Canton — Medical / Forced Entry - A police officer requested help getting into an apartment on Whitney Brook Lane for a medical call and welfare check on a man of unknown age with a history of blood sugar issues. Canton Fire was sent to help gain entry, and the response was raised to a faster emergency response. The man was later described as awake but not responding normally, and another update said he was not responding but was breathing. Medcare also responded. Later radio traffic mentioned a Medcare unit transporting a male patient, but the transcript does not clearly tie that to this call.

3:43 PM — Mexico / Rumford — Domestic Disturbance - A caller reported a man and woman yelling at each other on Main Street, and said the man took a backpack from her. They were seen walking down the four-wheeler trail toward Mexico Recreation Park. The woman was wearing a black sweatshirt and shorts, and the man a camo shirt and tan pants. A second call reported the man chasing the woman up a hill near the river, and a later update described the man wearing a black top and carrying the backpack. Another update said someone was screaming "help me" while walking toward the bridge. The caller was on the four-wheeler trail on the Rumford side of the river.

4:17 PM — Fryeburg — Solicitation Complaint - A solicitation complaint was reported on Portland Street.

4:44 PM — Oxford — Assault Complaint - A caller on Cheryl Lane reported that he was shoved by a resident's mother while at a residence earlier in the day working for Rent-A-Center.

5:25 PM — Paris — Fall - Rescue was sent to High Street for a man who fell and had swelling in his right elbow. An ambulance later reported transporting one patient.

6:16 PM — Bethel — Fire Alarm - Bethel Fire 5 was at Main Street investigating a fire alarm activation and requested an additional response. Bethel Engine 2 later reported being on scene. The cause was not stated.

6:43 PM — Oxford — Suspicious Vehicle - Callers on Ferris Road reported a turquoise truck with a lift that drove to the end of the road and turned around. They said people don't normally go that way and wanted to let police know.

7:12 PM — Town not stated — Abandoned Vehicle - A vehicle was reported abandoned at a Subway with all the doors open and valuables inside. An officer later said he would secure the vehicle.

7:37 PM — Casino - Oxford — Intoxicated Guest - A casino called to report an intoxicated, belligerent guest and asked that the person be removed. The guest was described as a man in a light blue collared shirt, black shorts and a black baseball cap, arguing with a supervisor on the gaming floor. Two police units responded and later reported that the subjects had left. The casino then called back to say the guests had returned and the intoxicated person was the one driving, and security described a black pickup with a New Hampshire plate. An officer reported following a vehicle with lights on that was not stopping at first, heading toward Route 26. A second officer later reported a vehicle pulled over, and a license check on a New Hampshire driver came back valid.

7:45 PM — Hebron — Deer Struck - A caller reported finding a deer that had been hit by a vehicle, which left the scene, and asked for a tag for the deer. The location was given as Castle Farm Drive.

8:14 PM — Bethel — Medical - Bethel Rescue was toned to Mountain View Circle for an 85-year-old man with difficulty speaking who was unable to sit up on his own. A paramedic was requested but that response was later canceled.

8:26 PM —Paris— Missing Money Complaint - A caller reported that he accidentally left an envelope with money at Big Apple on Main Street. When he returned, staff gave him the envelope, but the money was not in it.

8:29 PM — Waterford — Vehicle Contact - An officer reported being with a pickup truck hauling a trailer with a UTV near the firing range on Norway Road. The plates were obstructed. The officer said the driver was belligerent and that a test would be done at the jail, and asked dispatch to notify the jail.

8:38 PM — Rumford — Assault Complaint - Rumford officers were sent to Maple Street after a caller screamed that someone put their hands on her. The caller was not fully cooperative and did not verify the address. She said no weapons were involved, that her three-year-old daughter was with her, and mentioned broken glass and wanting to leave. Dispatch later said the caller confirmed she was on Maple Street but could not remember the house number, and that she was directly involved. A man she named was later reported to be at the residence.

8:39 PM — Paris — Outside Fire - Paris Fire was toned to the residence next to a High Street address for a large outside fire, with reports of couches being set on fire. Paris Engine 2 reported a contained fire, said the homeowner would be getting a permit, and said no additional resources were needed.

9:01 PM — Rumford— Property Damage Complaint - A Rumford officer was assigned a property damage complaint on Grove Avenue.

9:25 PM — West Paris — Fall - A woman on Chamberlain Road called to report she had fallen. Police and rescue were sent. Dispatch relayed that anyone arriving first should go around back to the camper and pound on the door. The people inside have a key to the house and take sleeping pills, so they may be hard to wake. An officer later reported making contact with the people at the camper, who were getting the key.

9:27 PM — Bethel — Breathing Difficulty - Bethel Rescue was toned to Main Street for a 71-year-old woman having trouble breathing. Dispatch noted the caller gave the same address three times but the mapping system plotted a different location, and said the call would be updated.

9:46 PM — Norway — Vehicle Crash - A property damage crash was reported in front of the Norway Pizza Exchange on Main Street. A single vehicle was off the roadway, leaking fluid, with a wheel mostly off. Norway Fire responded and Fire 2 took command. The vehicle was partially blocking the road, leaving one lane open, and those involved denied injuries. Responders described it as a single-vehicle incident that appeared to involve the driver's-side axle.

10:57 PM — Mexico / Rumford area — Erratic Driver - A caller reported a silver SUV-type vehicle on Auburn Road weaving across the yellow and white lines while heading toward Rumford, later describing it as a silver Ford Explorer. The vehicle was later reported in Mexico, passing Walmart and continuing on Route 2 toward town. Rumford officers positioned to intercept it. One later reported the vehicle had not come his way, and the caller reported turning off and going home.

11:27 PM — Rumford— Structure Fire (Smoke Reported) - Rumford Engine 2 responded to a four-story residential apartment building for a report of smoke coming from the bottom of the building. The location was given as Hancock Street, and Main Avenue was also mentioned. Engine 2 reported nothing showing from the outside and took command. Ladder 3, Mexico Engine 20 and Ambulance 552 also responded. All Rumford units later cleared with nothing found

2 a.m Rumford area — ATV Crash - Officers responded to a report that two males had rolled an ATV near a river. Traffic mentioned Carlton Avenue as the area. An ambulance reported transporting one person to Rumford Hospital at 2:37 a.m. and returned to quarters at 2:59 a.m. An officer ran checks on two 21-year-old subjects. One license reportedly came back suspended, and the other subject did not show as being on probation. A registration check through State Police reportedly came back to a white Polaris registered to a non-resident. A tow company was contacted for the ATV but had trouble finding the location and was told to go to Carlton Avenue. An officer later reported heading to Rumford PD with a subject for a breath test. The scanner did not clearly say whether that was connected to this call.

6:13 a.m. — West Paris — Emergency Response - A response was dispatched to the Rusty Lantern on Bethel Road for a call involving a black Ford F-150 in the parking lot. No injuries were reported.

6:36 a.m. — Rumford — Medical Transfer - An ambulance was sent to Rumford Hospital for a transfer to the Rumford Community Home. It left the hospital at 6:43 a.m., arrived at the community home at 7:03 a.m., and cleared at 7:11 a.m.

6:43 a.m. — Mexico — Trespassing - Dispatch sent an officer to River Road for a complaint of a male trespassing about 20 minutes earlier. He reportedly headed east on Route 2 with a skateboard and a trash bag, wearing a dark sweatshirt and pants.

7:14 a.m. — Mexico — School Bus Hits Dog - A caller reported that a school bus hit a dog at Roxbury Road. The caller did not believe the dog was dead, and students were still on the bus. The animal control officer was notified. An officer reported at 7:32 a.m. that the Animal Control Officer was on scene and the bus was back on its route.

7:35 a.m. — Hiram — Missing Horse - An officer asked if there had been any reports of a missing horse in the 600 block of Bullring Road and said he would check nearby farms. At 7:45 a.m. he reported the horse had been reunited with its owner.

7:39 a.m. — Fryeburg — Traffic Stop / OUI - A Fryeburg officer reported a motor vehicle stop of a black Malibu. At 7:45 a.m. the officer reported being out on field sobriety tests. At 7:56 a.m. dispatch relayed that the officer had a male in custody for OUI, and a tow was requested for the vehicle from the ice cream stand parking lot. Wentworth towing took the vehicle. At 9:11 a.m. a Fryeburg officer began transporting a male to the jail.

8:01 a.m. — Dixfield — Paper Service - An officer was sent for paper service on a street heard as 43rd Street.

8:36 a.m. — Oxford — Vehicle Check - Police checked a silver van near King Street in front of the American Legion and ran information on the vehicle's occupant.

8:55 a.m. — Mexico — Trespassing - A caller at 15 Holman Ave reported two subjects trespassing in his backyard. He said the property was posted and he was watching them on a camera. One was wearing a green sweater and purple pants, and the other a black sweater and shorts.

9:30 a.m. — Upton — Suspicious Activity - A suspicious complaint was reported at Thistle Street. A caller had an open line, and the line disconnected on callback. Another person said someone was in the mobile home next door who was not supposed to be there. At 11:13 a.m. a unit was requested to the address, and an officer said he would start that way and was about 25 minutes out.

9:32 a.m. — Dixfield — Motorcycle Crash - Med-Care and Dixfield Fire responded to Main Street for a single-vehicle motorcycle crash. The caller reported that the motorcycle had spun out and the rider was up and walking with a bleeding face. Both people at the scene were later reported to be up and walking around.

9:35 a.m. — Lovell — Fire Alarm - Lovell Fire was sent to a fire alarm at New Suncook School at 95 Main Street. Engine 173 responded, and Fire 3 investigated and reported nothing showing and no evacuation. At 9:43 a.m. Fire 3 said he had spoken with the principal and it was a planned fire drill, and that the alarm company had not notified dispatch. Units cleared and headed back to quarters at 9:50 a.m.

9:37 a.m. — Sumner — Medical Emergency - Buckfield Rescue was toned for an 83-year-old woman on Morrill Farm Road with general sickness, a racing heart, and dizziness. Buckfield 452 was en route at 9:37 a.m. and on scene at 10:00 a.m. At 10:18 a.m. the crew requested a medic intercept while traveling Route 219 to Route 26 on the way to Stephens Memorial Hospital. Dispatch relayed that the woman is a diabetic.

9:52 a.m. — Oxford — Fight - Dispatch reported two males fighting at the Hannaford, with one male reportedly holding the other around the neck while the other was on the ground. Multiple officers responded, and one entered the store. Dispatch relayed the aggressor as a male in an orange shirt and the other as a male in a blue shirt and black pants with white hair. A vehicle registration was checked, and a subject's license came back valid with no wants, bail, or history.

10:15 a.m. — Brownfield — Wellness Check - State Police asked for an agency assist with a wellness check on a woman at an address in Brownfield.

10:27 a.m. — Paris — Traffic Complaint - Officers were asked to watch for a gray Toyota Corolla heading all over the road, coming from Bethel Road in West Paris toward Paris. No plate was obtained at first. At 10:31 a.m. another call reported the vehicle through Market Square toward Auburn with a partial registration, which came back to an Auburn owner.

10:52 a.m. — Woodstock — Vehicle Off the Road - Units were sent to Concord Pond Road near the Region 9 school camp for a vehicle off the road with two students in a truck and unknown injuries. Mapping first placed the call in Milton Plantation, but dispatch confirmed Dollof Road and the camp are in Woodstock. Woodstock Fire and PACE were toned at 10:55 a.m. Rumford units also responded. At 11:08 a.m. Rumford Fire reported a pickup truck on its side in a ditch with both occupants out and complaining of minor injuries. The scanner later described a wrist injury on one and soreness on the other. Woodstock base reported all units back in service at 11:35 a.m.

11:14 a.m. — Woodstock — Medical Emergency - Woodstock Fire and PACE were toned for a 33-year-old woman at Perkins Valley Road who was sweating profusely. The scanner indicated the patient had reportedly taken energy pills and had several energy drinks.

12:10 p.m. — Mexico — Medical Emergency - An ambulance was sent to the Mexico Rec Park on Roxbury Road for a 61-year-old woman who fell and hit her head. Ambulance 551 was on scene at 12:17 p.m. and reported the patient in the big green gazebo. It reported transporting to Rumford at 12:34 p.m. and arriving at Rumford Hospital at 12:41 p.m.

12:18 p.m. — Oxford — Two-Vehicle Crash - A two-vehicle crash was reported at the Hannaford intersection involving a Ford Bronco and a Kia Sorento. The vehicles were on the far entrance side of the intersection. One person needed help getting up, but no injuries were reported.

12:21 p.m. — Woodstock — Automatic Crash Notification - oodstock Fire and PACE were toned for an automatic crash notification at Concord Pond Road with no contact with the occupants. Woodstock Fire said it was just north of Thurston Lane, and dispatch gave the cross streets as Thurston Lane and Pine Tree Lane. An ambulance and officers checked the area. At 12:31 p.m. dispatch relayed that nothing could be found, and Woodstock was cancelled. All units cleared at 12:32 p.m.

12:28 p.m. — Dixfield — Medical Emergency - Medcare was toned for a man in his 70s who fell with a head injury on Webb River Drive. Ambulance 552 was en route at 12:28 p.m. and on scene at 12:37 p.m. The caller described a long carryout down a steep hill, about half the length of a football field. Dixfield Fire was toned at 12:30 p.m. for the carryout. Rumford Fire was requested at 12:43 p.m. with a Stokes basket, a metal framed stretcher for woods rescues. Ambulance 552 later reported transporting to Franklin Memorial at 1:17 p.m.

12:45 p.m. — Rumford — Shoplifting - Store security at Hannaford reported having a person detained for shoplifting.

12:54 p.m. — Fryeburg — Traffic Complaint - A caller reported a yellow Subaru passing the Fryeburg fairgrounds toward Conway going in and out of oncoming traffic. The registration came back to a 2005 Subaru Legacy registered to an owner in Sweden. It was last seen at a red light in front of the 302 Smokehouse and later at an Irving station. At 1:05 p.m. an officer reported negative contact in the area.

1:01 p.m. — Mexico — Domestic Disturbance - Officers were sent to Main Street, the Verizon store, for a domestic. The woman was in her vehicle, a black Chrysler Pacifica van with a breast cancer plate. The passenger could not see the husband but believed he was in the store. At 1:08 p.m. an officer said she had moved her vehicle in the same parking lot to be out of his view.

1:11 p.m. — Rumford — Harassment Complaint - A caller reported being harassed by a woman by phone.

1:54 p.m. — Mexico — Medical Emergency -An ambulance was sent to Thompson Hill Road for a 74-year-old man feeling weak and unwell.

2:01 p.m. — Mexico — Two-Vehicle Crash - A two-vehicle crash was reported at the intersection of River Road and Railroad Street.

2:04 p.m. — Fryeburg — Fire Alarm - A Fryeburg officer checked a fire alarm on Quacket Lane and reported burnt food with no flames. Fryeburg Fire was toned.

2:05 p.m. — Peru — Medical Emergency - An ambulance was sent to Valley Road for a 99-year-old woman with a nosebleed that would not stop. She was on blood thinners. Peru Fire was toned at 2:07 p.m. and Medcare 572 was on scene at 2:12 p.m. The patient was reported conscious and alert, and the bleeding was controlled with pressure but still active as of 2:18 p.m. Ambulance 552 came from Franklin Memorial and was on scene at 2:34 p.m. Peru units cleared at 2:44 p.m.

2:10 p.m. — Canton — Found Property - A caller at 1012 School Street reported finding a loaded sidearm wedged on the side of a hydraulic part of a dumpster that was delivered earlier in the day.

2:21 p.m. — Unable to Determine — Individuals Refusing to Leave Library - An officer asked that a call be created and headed to a library for individuals refusing to leave. At 4:11 p.m. a Fryeburg officer reported that the unwanted person from the library had returned.

2:45 p.m. — Oxford — Traffic Complaint - A caller near Tractor Supply reported a black Chevy Suburban all over the road heading toward Norway. It was last seen turning onto Pottle Road.

2:48 p.m. — Paris — Suspicious Activity - An officer was requested at the Norway Savings Bank at 7 High Street for people acting strangely in the parking lot. A silver Chevy Malibu and a white Pontiac were reported parked on the back side, and people kept going to the ATM, parking, and going back.

3:02 p.m. — Sweden — Tree on Wires - Sweden Fire was toned at 3:04 p.m. to Plumber School Road and Lovell Road for a tree on wires with smoke visible. Sweden Car 2 was on scene at the intersection. All units cleared at 3:25 p.m.

3:03 p.m. — Rumford — Suspicious Activity - A caller reported a man at the information booth bathroom at Bridge Street possibly using drugs he may have obtained from a white car. An officer said the man was on bail with a condition. At 3:07 p.m. an officer reported the party had been moved along and the call was closed. Rumford Car One reported off at the information booth at 3:21 p.m.

3:14 p.m. — Rumford — Medical Alarm - Medcare was toned for a medical alarm at 20 Congress Street with no patient contact. An officer at the scene requested door opening equipment at 3:15 p.m., and Rumford Fire units responded at 3:19 p.m. Ambulance 552 was on scene at 3:20 p.m. At 3:27 p.m. the call was reported as an accidental activation.

3:21 p.m. — Rumford — Possible Overdose - A possible overdose was reported at the Bridge Street information booth.

3:39 p.m. — Andover — Medical Emergency - Andover First Responders and Medcare were toned for a person on Church Street with a swollen foot and calf and calf pain. Ambulance 556 was en route at 3:39 p.m. and on scene at 3:58 p.m. It reported transporting to Rumford at 4:02 p.m. and arriving at 4:27 p.m.

3:40 p.m. — Woodstock — Medical Emergency - PACE was toned for an 89-year-old woman who fell on Cushman Road, with no injuries reported. The door was locked, and voice contact was made through the door at 3:49 p.m. Woodstock Engine 1 was on scene at 3:53 p.m. and Ambulance 653 at 3:56 p.m. An animal control officer was requested for the dog but was later cancelled when relatives arrived. Ambulance 653 reported transporting one to Stephens Memorial Hospital at 4:23 p.m. All units cleared at 4:25 p.m.

3:43 p.m. — Rumford — Lift Assist - Rumford Fire was toned at 3:43 p.m. for a lift assist at 20 Congress Street. Medcare 562 was asked whether it could help and reported it was still in Livermore returning from Central Maine. It was told to head that way and would be turned back if not needed.

5:02 p.m. — Rumford — Welfare Check - A caller reported a young girl walking on the sidewalk near the roundabout. The caller followed her toward Rumford Avenue. At 5:04 p.m. Rumford 13 reported being out with her.

5:15 p.m. — Norway — Two-Vehicle Crash - A two-vehicle crash was reported in the parking lot of 86 Roberts Road, the Wellpoint Veterinary Service.

5:27 p.m. — Oxford — Medical Emergency - Oxford Rescue was toned to the Oxford Casino for a 47-year-old man who choked on food and was breathing normally. It was an alpha-level response. Oxford Ambulance 602 was en route at 5:29 p.m. and cleared at 5:39 p.m. after a refusal.
