2:01 p.m. — Oxford — Medical Emergency - Oxford Rescue responded to Dollar Tree on Main Street for a woman who had fallen and struck her head. She was reported to have bleeding and was not responding normally.
2:02 p.m. — Dixfield — Traffic Complaint - Police responded to a traffic complaint on Main Street. An officer later reported following the driver home and said the driver appeared tired.
2:05 p.m. — West Paris — Medical Emergency - Rescue responded to Main Street for a woman experiencing abdominal pain and cramping.
2:15 p.m. — Rumford — Juvenile Complaint - Police were requested to Waldo Street for a juvenile-related complaint involving a bus driver.
2:16 p.m. — Rumford — Medical Emergency - Police and Medcare responded to Congress Street for a man who reportedly said he was feeling paranoid. He was described as nonviolent, with no weapons reported.
2:40 p.m. — Norway — Medical Emergency - Rescue responded to Norway Rehabilitation on Marion Avenue for a man reportedly vomiting blood.
3:11 p.m. — West Paris — Gas Leak - West Paris Fire responded to High Street for a reported gas leak. Firefighters later reported finding a small leak. Woodstock Fire stood by to provide coverage while crews were committed to the call.
3:21 p.m. — Otisfield — Theft Complaint - Police received a report that items had been stolen from a vehicle parked at Twin Bridges Preserve.
3:24 p.m. — Dixfield — Mutual Aid Structure Fire - Dixfield Fire was requested to provide mutual aid for a fully involved structure fire on Main Street in Wilton.
3:32 p.m. — Rumford — Medical Emergency - Medcare responded to Congress Street for a woman experiencing chest pain. She was reported conscious and breathing normally.
3:43 p.m. — Fryeburg — Traffic Complaint - Police received a report of a vehicle traveling erratically northbound on Portland Street. The vehicle was later reported heading toward the New Hampshire state line, and information was passed along to Conway.
4:19 p.m. — Fryeburg — Poisoning - Fryeburg Rescue responded to Cobb Street after a young child reportedly swallowed hair dye. The child was reported conscious and breathing normally.
4:48 p.m. — Woodstock — Tree and Wires Down - Fire crews responded to the area of Old Country Road and Fuller Hill Road for a tree and wires down. No smoke or flames were reported. CMP was notified, and the road was later reported blocked by wires.
5:22 p.m. — Norway — Assault Report - Police received a report from a person who said they had been assaulted somewhere in Norway and had gone to Stephens Memorial Hospital seeking treatment.
5:39 p.m. — Albany Township — Medical Emergency - Bethel Rescue responded to Albany Township for an elderly woman experiencing a general illness who needed transportation for treatment.
5:43 p.m. — Fryeburg — Medical Emergency - Fryeburg Rescue responded to the Fryeburg Fairgrounds, Trackside Camping area, for a woman experiencing vertigo.
5:53 p.m. — Waterford — Tree and Wires Down - Fire crews responded to the Sodom Road area for a tree and wires down. Responders determined the problem was on the Waterford side and reported the road was impassable with a main wire on the ground. Waterford Fire and CMP were requested.
5:55 p.m. — Waterford — Rescue Call - Rescue was requested to Plummer Hill Road. The responding crew later transported a patient to Stephens Memorial Hospital.
6:12 p.m. — Norway — LifeFlight Landing - Norway Fire responded to Stephens Memorial Hospital to assist with a LifeFlight helicopter landing.
6:14 p.m. — Fryeburg — Vehicle Damage Complaint - Police received a report that a vehicle had been struck in the parking lot at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church on Main Street sometime earlier in the day.
6:25 p.m. — Rumford — Juvenile Crisis Call - Medcare was requested to the Andover Road area for a juvenile seeking crisis assistance. Rescue was later stood down after police contacted a parent.
6:33 p.m. — Norway — Agency Assist - Norway Police were requested to Greenwood Road to assist the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
7:01 p.m. — Lovell — Harassment Complaint - Police received a report at the Charlotte Hobbs Memorial Library on Main Street from a person reporting ongoing harassment and unwanted telephone and text contact. An in-person police response was requested.
7:37 p.m. — Canton — Medical Emergency - Medcare responded to Turner Street for a man experiencing a diabetic emergency. His blood sugar was reportedly unstable and he was unable to speak. Canton Fire was later requested to assist.
8:35 p.m. — Canton — Medical Emergency - Medcare responded to Pinnacle Health and Rehabilitation on Pleasant Street for an elderly man experiencing vomiting and dehydration.
8:56 p.m. — Waterford — Smoke Investigation - Waterford Fire responded to Whiting Avenue for a fire alarm and a report of smoke inside a building. Firefighters later reported that the smoke appeared to be cooking-related and ventilated the building.
9:19 p.m. — Hebron — Road Hazard - Fire crews responded to Brighton Hill Road for a report of a tree blocking part of the roadway. Crews searched the area but were unable to locate the reported hazard, and the response was canceled.
10:12 p.m. — West Paris — Allergic Reaction - Emergency crews responded to the Rusty Lantern on Bethel Road for a reported allergic reaction to peanuts.
10:59 p.m. — Rumford — Telephone Harassment - Police received a telephone harassment complaint at a location in Rumford.

5:23 p.m. — Norway — Suspicious Vehicle - Police were sent to check a report of two people apparently using drugs in a brown Mazda near the Lake Store. An officer found no vehicle matching the description.
5:27 p.m. — Woodstock — Theft Report - Police received a report of a stolen debit card.
5:45 p.m. — Mexico — Disabled Vehicle - An officer reported a disabled vehicle on River Road near Oxford Federal Credit Union.
6:02 p.m. — Hebron — Crisis Response - Police, Hebron Fire and PACE responded to a report of a man in crisis near the Marshall Pond Trail. Fire and rescue staged while police located him. Police reported that he was cooperative and would go with them to Stephens Memorial Hospital. Fire and rescue were canceled.
6:06 p.m. — Denmark — Outside Fire - Denmark Fire responded to a roadside grass fire on Hancock Pond Road, with a possible downed wire. Brownfield Fire was placed on standby and later canceled. Responders questioned whether the location was in Sebago, whose fire department was also dispatched. Central Maine Power was on scene, and Denmark crews cleared after applying water.
6:16 p.m. — Paris — Medical - PACE responded to Market Square Health Care Center for a patient reported to be unresponsive with low blood sugar.
6:17 p.m. — Dixfield — Juvenile Complaint - Police received a juvenile complaint from Dix Avenue concerning alleged thefts.
6:20 p.m. — Denmark — Car–Deer Crash - Police were dispatched for a car–deer crash. The deer remained alive and needed to be put down.
6:38 p.m. — Fryeburg — Assault Report - Security requested police for an assault report and advised that the parties had been separated.
6:44 p.m. — Norway — Citizen Assist - Police received a request from the Norway Inn on Paris Street to discuss housing options for a friend.
6:51 p.m. — Mexico — Medical - Medcare responded to a Main Street business for a woman having a seizure. The patient was transported to Rumford Hospital.
7:01 p.m. — Greenwood — Lost Hikers - Greenwood Fire and PACE responded to Maggie's Nature Park for three people lost on the yellow trail. Game wardens were notified, and West Paris Fire provided standby coverage. Rescuers located all three hikers in good condition and escorted them out of the woods.
7:24 p.m. — Waterford — Fire Alarm - Waterford Fire responded to a fire alarm on McQueen Hill Road. Crews found an alarm fault and no emergency.
7:26 p.m. — Rumford — Medical - Medcare responded to Route 120 for a woman who had fallen. Crews provided a lift assist.
7:34 p.m. — Rumford — Automatic Crash Alert - Rumford Fire and Medcare responded to Route 2 for an automatic crash notification with no voice contact. Crews found no crash. A phone was later found in the roadway and returned to its owner.
7:49 p.m. — Oxford — Shoplifting Complaint - Police received a shoplifting complaint from Walmart. Staff reported that the subject was in the office.
7:52 p.m. — Upton — Vehicle Off Road - Police investigated a pickup reported off the road on Thistle Street. An officer determined that it had pulled onto a soft shoulder and that no crash had occurred. The vehicle was safely out of the roadway, and a relative was contacted to help the occupants.
8:15 p.m. — Fryeburg — Assault Report - Police were requested at front security to take an assault report. Rescue was not requested.
8:29 p.m. — Hebron — Medical - PACE was dispatched for a woman with abdominal pain and reported kidney stones.
9:43 p.m. — Norway — Noise Complaint - Police received a complaint from Chestnut Drive about continued table-saw use after quiet hours.
9:52 p.m. — Mexico — Peace Officer Request - Police were requested on Main Street to keep the peace during a dog drop-off.
10:06 p.m. — Fryeburg — Medical - Fryeburg Rescue responded to Portland Street for a man experiencing alcohol withdrawal. The patient was transported to Memorial Hospital.
10:06 p.m. — Oxford — Juvenile Complaint - Police responded to a juvenile-related disturbance reported at the Rusty Lantern on Paris Road.
10:08 p.m. — Fryeburg — Assault Report - Police were requested at the blue gate of the Fryeburg Fairgrounds for another assault report.

10:52 p.m. — Canton — Police Complaint - Police investigated a complaint involving a family disagreement and vehicles near School Street and the Big Apple. An officer checked the area and spoke with those involved.
11:12 p.m. — Mexico — Welfare Check - Police conducted a welfare check on Roxbury Road at the request of Rumford Hospital staff. An officer made contact, and the person agreed to contact the hospital.

12:26 a.m. — Newry — Medical Emergency - Emergency crews responded to the Jordan Hotel at Sunday River for a man who reportedly fainted again after an earlier episode. Dispatch later advised that the patient was conscious but not fully alert.
12:45 a.m. — Poland — Police Incident / EMS Response - Police and an ambulance responded to Megquier Hill Road for a police incident that involved a K-9 track. The ambulance later transported a patient to Central Maine Medical Center. An officer subsequently cleared the scene and went to Stephens Memorial Hospital to follow up with a passenger.
1:14 a.m. — Rumford — Welfare Check / Search - Police responded after a caretaker reported concern for a person who had left a residence and might be near a bridge. Dispatch later clarified that the person had not made suicidal statements that night, although there were concerns about their mental health. Officers searched near Walgreens and the nearby bridge area. The person was later located near Walgreens and returned to the residence.
1:51 a.m. — Norway — Welfare Check - Police received a request for a welfare check on Tucker Street after a caller reported concern for a child who remained with an reportedly intoxicated adult.
3:12 a.m. — Norway — Medical / Behavioral Emergency -Police and Pace Ambulance responded to Huntington Avenue for an elderly hospice patient experiencing altered behavior. Police arrived before EMS, and the ambulance later reported clearing the scene following a refusal of transport.
6:06 a.m. — Mexico — Medical Emergency - Med-Care responded to Main Street for a man experiencing abdominal pain. The patient was later transported to Rumford Hospital.
6:11 a.m. — Mexico — Lift Assist - Med-Care responded to Pine Street for a hospice patient needing assistance after no injuries were reported. The call was handled as a public assist.

8:29 a.m. — Fryeburg — Medical Emergency - Fryeburg Rescue responded to Park Street for a man who had reportedly lost consciousness following a fainting episode. Dispatch later advised that the patient had regained consciousness. The patient was later transported to Memorial Hospital.
9:29 a.m. — Fryeburg — Chest Pain - Fryeburg Rescue responded to the Visitor Center on Main Street for a woman experiencing chest pain. The patient was later transported to Memorial Hospital.
9:42 a.m. — Rumford — Burning Odor Investigation- Rumford Fire, Mexico Fire and Med-Care responded to Rumford Hospital after a smell of something burning was reported in the emergency department. Arriving crews reported nothing showing. The incident was later cleared with nothing found.
9:57 a.m. — Brownfield — Fraud Complaint - Police received a fraud complaint from Blueberry Lane.
10:01 a.m. — Fryeburg — Diabetic Emergency - Fryeburg Rescue responded to the Orange Gate at the Fryeburg Fairgrounds for a man experiencing a diabetic emergency. The patient was later transported to Bridgton Hospital.
11:26 a.m. — Waterford — Road Rage Complaint
Police received a report of a road-rage incident involving a motorcycle and a blue GMC Sierra near Mill Hill Road. The caller reported that the motorcycle rider was tailgating the truck and had struck the truck with a helmet. The vehicles continued toward Waterford before the caller reported that the motorcycle was no longer following.
11:47 a.m. — Paris — Road Hazard - Paris Fire responded to East Main Street for debris in the roadway reportedly cutting vehicle tires. Dispatch described the debris as white and said the location was near the Routes 117 and 119 intersection.
11:59 a.m. — Bethel — Hit-and-Run Crash - Police received a report of a sideswipe crash near the Rusty Lantern on Mayville Road. The caller reported that a Chevy Silverado left the scene heading east on Route 2 after striking a white Mazda CX-5.

12:27 a.m. — Oxford — Traffic Complaint - Police received a report of a white pickup with New Jersey plates traveling at excessive speed and making an unsafe pass near Walmart, headed toward Norway.
12:32 a.m. — Paris — Vehicle Into Utility Pole - Paris Fire responded to East Main Street near Fox School Apartments after a pickup struck a utility pole. The pole was reported broken in half and the vehicle was leaking coolant. The driver was reported to have left the scene. CMP was notified, and the vehicle was later removed.
1:26 a.m. — Albany Township — Medical Emergency - Bethel Rescue responded to Vernon Street for an elderly patient experiencing shortness of breath and difficulty speaking between breaths. Additional EMS assistance was later requested.
1:34 a.m. — Waterford — Medical Emergency - Stoneham Rescue responded to Deer Hill Road for a patient having difficulty breathing. Responders initially staged because they could not safely gain access to the residence, and police were requested to assist. Responders later made contact with the patient, who was transported to Bridgton with a paramedic aboard.
2:02 a.m. — Sweden — Rollover Crash - Firefighters and police responded to Knights Hill Road for a single-vehicle rollover. One person was outside the heavily damaged vehicle and walking around with a reported head injury. Radio traffic also indicated a dog was involved.
2:34 a.m. — Bethel — Person in Crisis - Police and Bethel Rescue responded to Woodland Way for a person reported to be in crisis. Rescue personnel staged while police responded and were later cleared to enter the scene.
3:57 a.m. — Oxford — Reported Suspicious Person - Police received a report of what appeared to be an unknown person in a yard on Rabbit Valley Road. Subsequent radio traffic indicated that the caller had actually seen a deer, and the call was resolved.
3:58 a.m. — Woodstock — Welfare Check
Emergency personnel were dispatched to Perkins Valley Road following a report involving a woman potentially experiencing a crisis. Subsequent radio traffic indicated that the incident, initially described as a possible burglary, appeared to involve a behavioral health concern. Responders later cleared the scene.
4:18 a.m. — Rumford — Reported Vehicle Break-ins and Police Search - Police investigated a caller's report of two juveniles attempting to enter parked vehicles on Osgood Avenue. The caller reported that they fled and hid behind another vehicle. Officers subsequently searched portions of Cumberland Street, Waldo Street and surrounding areas. Around 5 a.m., another caller reported that one of the individuals had run into the side of her vehicle near Ricky Dee's. Police continued searching throughout the morning. Radio traffic indicated that one juvenile was transported from Ricky Dee's to Pine Street around 6:29 a.m. Further sightings involving two individuals were reported near Waldo Street shortly before 7 a.m.
4:53 a.m. — Rumford — Missing-Person Investigation - An officer reported taking a missing-person complaint involving Prospect Avenue. Subsequent communications indicated that the report remained open while officers continued their investigation.
5:58 a.m. — Rumford — Medical Emergency - MedCare and Rumford first responders were dispatched to Waldo Street for a patient experiencing difficulty breathing. An ambulance subsequently transported a patient to Rumford Hospital.
6:03 a.m. — Otisfield — Medical Emergency - Emergency personnel were dispatched to Edith Lane for a conscious patient experiencing difficulty breathing. Subsequent ambulance traffic indicated that a patient was transported to St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Lewiston.
7:08 a.m. — Norway — Hospital Transfer - An ambulance reported transporting a patient from Stephens Memorial Hospital to Maine Medical Center.
7:30 a.m. — Mexico — Theft Complaint - Police received a report that a lawn mower had been stolen from Middle Avenue.
8:15 a.m. — Lovell — Fire Alarm - Lovell firefighters responded to an alarm activation on Stearns Road. The response was canceled after contact was made with the homeowner. Firefighters later reported that contractors working at the residence had triggered the alarm.
8:28 a.m. — Rumford — Domestic Disturbance - Police responded to Main Avenue following a third-party report of a possible domestic disturbance. The caller reported hearing yelling from the residence. Officers subsequently cleared the call.
8:42 a.m. — Rumford — Person in Crisis - Police and MedCare responded to the Cumberland Street area for a person reportedly experiencing a crisis and heading toward the river. Police located the person, and an ambulance later transported one patient to Rumford Hospital.
8:48 a.m. — Paris — Vehicle Off Road - Emergency crews responded near Elm Hill Road following an automatic crash notification reporting a vehicle had gone into the woods and was initially smoking. The driver was reported outside the vehicle and walking around when responders were dispatched. One patient was later transported to Stephens Memorial Hospital.
8:58 a.m. — Greenwood — Carbon Monoxide Alarm - Greenwood Fire responded to Big Island Lane for a carbon monoxide alarm activation. Firefighters later reported sweeping the building without finding a hazardous reading and cleared the scene.
9:04 a.m. — Rumford — Suspicious Activity - Police investigated a suspicious-activity complaint on Waldo Street. The person involved was last reported heading toward Hannaford.
9:18 a.m. — Dixfield — Threat Complaint - Police received a follow-up complaint concerning threats reportedly made toward several people. Dispatch indicated the matter had also been handled the previous night.
9:35 a.m. — Denmark — Medical Emergency - Denmark first responders were dispatched for a reported illness. United Ambulance was contacted to respond.

10:34 a.m. — Oxford — Child Reported Unattended in Vehicle - Police responded to Walmart after a caller reported a young child alone inside a vehicle. Dispatch later advised that a confrontation had developed between the caller and the vehicle's driver and that the vehicle subsequently left the parking lot.
11:09 a.m. — Fryeburg — Fire Alarm - Fryeburg Fire responded to a fire alarm activation near Boynton Road after an alarm indicated smoke. Firefighters found nothing and reset the alarm before clearing.

The caller said nothing physical had occurred and reported that the man was heading toward Fish Street and possibly Brownfield, where he was believed to be living. An officer later located the man on West Fryeburg Road and attempted to stop him. Police remained tied up with the incident afterward, and subsequent radio traffic confirmed that the man was on probation with a condition prohibiting alcohol use.
5:20 AM — Fryeburg — Disturbance / Welfare Check - Police responded to Pebble Circle after a caller reported persistent banging from a neighboring apartment beginning several hours earlier. A second Fryeburg officer was contacted to assist.
6:26 AM — Rumford — Medical Emergency - Rescue crews responded to Waldo Street for a breathing problem. The patient was later transported to Rumford Hospital.

The caller was watching from a neighboring property, and additional officers were requested. 1:37 PM — Fryeburg — Medical Emergency - Fryeburg Rescue responded to Fairview Drive for a sickness call. Rescue cleared the scene and returned to service.
1:44 PM — Bethel — Medical Emergency - Bethel Rescue was transporting a patient from Cross Street to Stephens Memorial Hospital for chest pain when the crew requested an advanced life support intercept. A Pace paramedic met the ambulance and continued to the hospital with the crew.
1:49 PM — Canton — Harassment Complaint - A caller on Jewett Hill Road requested to speak with a deputy regarding an ongoing harassment issue.

6:50 PM — West Paris — Couch Fire / Disturbance - West Paris Fire responded to Churchill Hill Road for a couch burning outside. Police were requested after the property owner became agitated, but the situation was brought under control and police were later canceled. Firefighters extinguished the couch fire.
7:11 PM — Rumford — Smoke Investigation - Rumford Fire responded to Kennebec Street for a report of a burning odor near the second floor of a building. Crews found nothing showing on arrival and cleared after investigating without locating a fire.
7:26 PM — Rumford — Motor Vehicle Crash - Fire and medical crews were alerted to a crash involving a car and a tractor-trailer near the Rumford Police Department and Walgreens on Portland Street. Initial reports mentioned leaking fluid and smoke. Police later reported there were no injuries, and the ambulance response was canceled.

The vehicle had rolled into a ditch, and people were reported outside the vehicle when the incident was called in. 8:29 PM — Rumford — Erratic Driver - Police received a complaint involving a dark-colored sedan swerving on Isthmus Road and nearly leaving the roadway several times. The vehicle continued toward Glover Road and Black Mountain and was later believed to be heading toward Route 120 and Mexico. Police checked a possible address but did not locate the vehicle.
10:52 PM — Hebron — Aggressive Driver - Police received a complaint on Paris Road involving a van with orange lights on its grille. The caller reported the van had followed them for approximately 10 miles while driving aggressively. The vehicle was gone by the time police checked the area.

7:40 a.m. — Woodstock — Domestic Disturbance - Police received a report of three women inside an Airbnb arguing, yelling and screaming. The disturbance had reportedly been ongoing for about 10 minutes.

6:01 p.m. — Mexico — Two-Vehicle Crash - Police, fire and EMS responded to a two-vehicle side-impact crash on Main Street at Circle K. Initial callers reported both drivers were still inside their vehicles and injuries were initially unknown. Two Adleys tow trucks were later requested.
6:18 p.m. — Rumford — Weakness and Pain - EMS responded to a residence on Urquilus Street, near Loch Ness Road, for a 2-year-old girl reported to be experiencing general weakness and pain. A unit later transported a patient to Central Maine Medical Center.
6:36 p.m. — Fryeburg — Search for Missing 8-Year-Old Boy - Police were attempting to locate an 8-year-old boy. The boy's mother reportedly did not know what clothing he was wearing because he was not wearing the clothes she had sent him to school in. Fryeburg Fire was later requested to assist, with firefighters initially directed to report to the station before joining the search. As the search continued, fire personnel established command, search areas and a search radius to assist police.
7:00 p.m. — Rumford — Difficulty Breathing - EMS responded to Maine Avenue, near York Street and Penobscot Street, for a 77-year-old woman experiencing difficulty breathing. The patient was reported to have COPD.
7:28 p.m. — Fryeburg — Missing Child Located - The child being sought by police and fire personnel was located at the fair security office. Police confirmed the child's identity and the search was canceled. Rescue was requested to the fairgrounds because the child was barefoot. The child's mother was later brought to the fairgrounds.
7:44 p.m. — Oxford — Suspected Drug Paraphernalia - Police were notified that suspected drug paraphernalia had been found at Hannaford. A male associated with the call later left the store walking toward Norway. He was described as wearing a red raincoat and tinted sunglasses. Police later made contact with him.
8:32 p.m. — Norway — Suspicious Person at Church - Police received a report of a person on the front porch of a church on Paris Street with several pieces of luggage. A church employee monitoring security cameras later called again because the man was still there. An officer eventually reported that the man appeared to be taking shelter from the weather.
9:01 p.m. — Buckfield — Man Found Slouched Over in Vehicle - Police responded to Upper Sumner Hill Road for a report of a man slouched over in the driver's seat of a vehicle. An officer made contact with the man, and Buckfield Rescue was subsequently canceled at approximately 9:03 p.m.
9:49 p.m. — Canton Area — Vehicle Investigation - Several officers coordinated while attempting to locate a white Chevrolet Malibu reported traveling toward Canton. An officer began following a Malibu and other units moved toward the area, but police soon determined it was the wrong vehicle and told the additional units to stand down.
9:56 p.m. — Fryeburg — Road-Rage / Traffic Complaint - Fryeburg Police received information from Conway Police about a white Chevrolet or GMC pickup reportedly involved in a road-rage incident. The truck was described as having approximately a six-inch lift.

She was also reported to have multiple sclerosis. Bethel Rescue later requested advanced life support assistance from Pace. The patient was transported to Stevens.
1:07 AM — Oxford — Weapons Complaint - Officers responded to the Oxford Casino for a report that a person in a hotel room was suspected of having a weapon. Officers were directed to use the back entrance, and casino staff were asked whether the subject was in possession of a weapon.
2:33 AM — Stoneham — Medical Emergency - Stoneham Rescue responded for an 84-year-old man experiencing difficulty breathing. Oxford 701 also responded, and the patient refused further medical assistance.
3:30 AM — Paris — Medical Emergency - A crew responded for an 80-year-old man with a high temperature, difficulty breathing and generally not feeling well. A second ambulance was requested, and Paris Fire was called to assist with a lift.
4:30 AM — Paris — Serious Crash - An automatic crash notification was received after a truck struck a utility pole on Hebron Road near Carmen Way. A second caller reported a male driver on the ground who was initially moving and breathing. The truck was described as heavily damaged, with the caller saying it was almost cut in half. Dispatch later reported that the man was no longer responding. The driver told responders that no one else was in the truck. He was described as a male in his mid-20s. Paris Fire and rescue responded, and a second ambulance was requested. Hebron Road was closed, and a utility pole and transformer were confirmed down. CMP and a tow company were also called to the scene. The available transmission does not confirm the driver's condition after responders arrived or whether he was transported.
6:14 AM — Hebron — Crash Scene / Road Closure - Hebron Fire was requested to block Hebron Road at the Halls Pond entrance and divert traffic around the crash scene. Fire crews were later instructed to route traffic through Oxford, and the closure point was moved to East Oxford Road.

9:49 AM — Bethel — Psychiatric Call - A 36-year-old woman on Walkers Mills Road reported believing she was being stalked and was afraid to leave her home. Bethel Rescue responded and she said she would be transported, but reported that she had a firearm and did not want to leave it behind. An officer later took possession of the firearm at her request while rescue transported her.
10:10 AM — Canton — 911 Hang-Up - A 911 hang-up was reported from a residence in Canton. There was no answer when dispatch called back. The call was left open until an officer could check the residence.
10:19 AM — Rumford — Property-Damage Crash - A property-damage crash was reported at Veterans Bridge.
10:26 AM — Bethel — 911 Hang-Up / Request Call - Dispatch had two calls for an officer, including a request call on School Street and a 911 hang-up from Telstar High School.
10:32 AM — Greenwood — Psychiatric Call - A 23-year-old man was reported to be experiencing psychosis on Greenwood Road. Police and rescue responded. An officer asked about the possibility of violence and was told the man appeared to be seeking transportation. Transport was later being arranged.
10:33 AM — Newry — Carbon Monoxide Alarm - Newry Fire responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at a residence on Timberline Road. A person was found inside, and the homeowner said the system was being tested and there was no actual alarm condition.
10:35 AM — Rumford — BOLO - A be-on-the-lookout was issued for a small pickup or SUV with heavy front-end damage traveling south on Route 108. The vehicle's color was unknown.
10:52 AM — Woodstock — Tree in Road - Woodstock Fire responded to a tree in the roadway near Cushman Road and Perkins Valley Road. No utility lines were involved.

11:32 AM —Oxford — Medical Emergency - Oxford Rescue responded to a Hannaford on Main Street for a 68-year-old woman who had fallen and remained on the floor behind a checkout register. She was later transported to Stevens.
12:02 PM — Rumford — Domestic / Harassment Complaint - A harassment complaint was reported on Spruce Street involving a father and daughter. The caller requested to speak with a specific officer, and Rumford 11 was sent to investigate.
12:17 PM — Traffic Stop - A records check during a traffic stop showed a suspended license and three sets of bail conditions, including restrictions involving addresses in Paris and Norway and a protected party.
1:09 PM — Rumford — Disturbance - A caller was trying to disconnect so an officer could become involved. Dispatch advised against it. An officer later reported that the situation had calmed down, with the caller downstairs and the other parties upstairs.
1:53 PM — Brownfield — Burglary - A caller reported that someone had broken into a trailer and begun removing items from it. The incident was said to have occurred within the last two weeks. The caller indicated they would not be remaining at the location much longer but could take a phone call. An officer responded, spoke briefly with the complainant, and later advised he was with the complainant and walking a considerable distance on a trail into the woods to examine the trailer.
2:19 PM — Waterford — Domestic Incident / Injured Person - A child called reporting a domestic between the mother and father. The child stated the father needed an ambulance because the mother had been hitting him. Dispatch continued gathering information and later reported the mother was also on the line, confirming an altercation with someone injured though the extent was unclear. Officers were directed to the scene. Rescue was requested to stage for an active domestic with one subject confirmed injured. Officers arrived and later requested rescue approach the residence. EMS ultimately transported a patient. Separate radio traffic referenced outstanding paperwork or a protection order involving a subject from Massachusetts who was visiting in the area; no local paperwork for service was located at the time.
2:32 p.m. — Buckfield — Psychiatric Call - A 76-year-old woman was reported to be seeing things that were not there and had expressed thoughts of injuring herself. An officer diverted to the call. Rescue was dispatched for a psychiatric episode involving thoughts of self-harm, with police already responding. Rescue staged and later entered the residence at the officer's direction. The patient was subsequently transported with a paramedic aboard.
2:27 PM — Oxford— Suspicious Juveniles - A caller reported three juveniles, two riding e-bikes, checking doors and acting suspiciously. One was described as wearing a blue sweatshirt and carrying a backpack. They were believed to be approximately 13 to 14 years old.
2:32 PM — Buckfield — Mental Health Emergency - A 76-year-old woman was reported to be seeing things that were not there and having thoughts of injuring herself. Police were already involved, and rescue was dispatched to assist.
3:26 p.m. — Rumford — Medical Call Rescue responded to a residence for a medical call. Units arrived on scene and a second truck was later requested for pain control. One unit later transported a patient to Rumford Hospital
3:49 p.m. — Waldo Street — Telephone Harassment -A name and number were provided in connection with a telephone harassment complaint. An officer indicated he would handle the call.
4:42 p.m. — Norway — Fall - Rescue was dispatched for a 70-year-old woman who was intoxicated, had fallen, and was not responding normally. A unit arrived on scene. Later the call was logged as a negative problem at the residence and the unit cleared.
10:06 PM — Mexico — Suspicious Activity / Welfare Concern - A deputy responded to a suspicious call at an apartment in Mexico. The caller said her husband appeared to be out of breath and that she had received a crash notification from his phone, although he had just walked through the door. A man could be heard swearing in the background. The man later left on foot, possibly toward the hospital. Deputy 934 located him near the old school off Lincoln, and he agreed to go to the hospital. Dispatch initially reported that he had made statements about hurting himself, but later corrected that information, saying he had made no self-harm statements and had only said he was "done." The subject was transported to Rumford Community Hospital.
10:23 PM — South Paris — Welfare Check - A caller requested a welfare check on a woman after speaking with her by telephone. The caller said she had threatened to harm herself and her two children and had made similar statements over the previous several days.
10:45 PM — Oxford — Intoxicated Driver -Oxford Casino security reported an intoxicated man leaving southbound on Route 26 in a silver-gray Nissan Sentra. Police were provided with the vehicle information and the man's name.
11:28 PM — Norway — Traffic Complaint - A caller reported a red Kia traveling fast without its headlights off near Main Street toward Hannaford, possibly with a truck behind it. The caller was traveling in the opposite direction and was not following the vehicle. Norway police checked the area into Oxford but had negative contact.
12:07 AM Monday, September 28 — Oxford— Medical Emergency - Oxford Rescue responded for a 3-year-old boy who had been vomiting for approximately six hours. The caller reported that there might be blood in the vomit.

1:59 PM — Norway— Hazard - A tree was reported resting on a utility line across Holt Road. No arcing was reported, and Central Maine Power was notified. A unit responded to investigate. The tree was later found to have fallen on its own, with no damage to the wires and no reported outages.
2:33 PM — Paris — Domestic - A domestic incident was reported on Park Street from earlier in the day: a woman reported that her boyfriend had grabbed her by the throat that morning and that she wanted him to leave, which he was refusing to do.
2:42 PM — Bethel — Crash Notification - An automated crash-detection notification was received for the area of Lock Mountain Road, with no contact and no further indication of an actual crash. Responders later found only a phone in the roadway that had triggered the alert; no crash was found, and the phone was held at the Bethel rescue base.

7:01 AM — Paris — Suspicious Person - A caller reported a man walking down River Street toward Barrow Street who was acting suspiciously. He was described as wearing a maroon sweatshirt, black pants, and carrying a blue backpack. The caller said she asked what he was doing, and he replied that he was out for a walk, but she believed his behavior was unusual. Later, additional complaints were received that the man was looking into people's windows.
7:05 AM — Waterford — Fire Alarm - Waterford Fire was sent to Plummer Hill Road, cross streets Grover Road and Waterford Road, for a fire alarm activation. No smoke or flames were reported visible.
8:44 AM — Mexico— Transport - An officer was assigned to transport an adult woman and a juvenile girl from Mount Valley middle School to an address on Spruce Street.
9:16 AM — Oxford — Medical - Oxford Rescue was sent to Rabbit Valley Road, for an 86-year-old woman who was sick with a stomach bug and not breathing normally.
9:38 AM — Dixfield— Traffic Complaint - A caller reported a silver truck traveling at a high rate of speed, passing on a corner and nearly forcing another vehicle off the road, near the former Dixfield police station.
10:10 AM — Oxford — Vehicle Crash - A property damage crash was reported at the Oxford transfer station.
10:12 AM — Fryburg — Welfare Check - A caller reported that she thought someone was in her house, then said it may have just been a wild animal. An officer said he would check the area.
10:37 AM — Norway — Public Assist - A caller on Locust Drive asked for help moving her husband into a new hospice bed. No injuries were reported.
11:23 AM — Mexico — Welfare Check - Police and an ambulance were sent to Osgood Avenue for a 21-year-old woman who was reportedly threatening to harm herself. Responders later described her as calm while speaking with everyone involved, and units on scene said she was not a danger to herself or others and was much calmer.
11:46 AM — Buckfield — Domestic Disturbance - Police responded to Hebron Road in Buckfield for a reported domestic incident involving a physical assault and possible strangulation. A second officer was requested to assist, and Buckfield Rescue was dispatched to the scene with police.
12:21 PM — Paris — Stolen Vehicle - A company vehicle was reported stolen from Sanborn Way in Paris. The vehicle was equipped with GPS tracking, which showed it parked on Sodom Road. Officers were sent to check the location. Later, police were advised of a suspicious vehicle on Pikes Hill in Norway that might be connected to the stolen-vehicle investigation. The vehicle was described as a silver Audi at 374 Pikes Hill. Dispatch noted that the vehicle was registered to the same address officers were investigating, but said it was unclear whether it was connected to the stolen vehicle or whether the timing matched. An officer later said he would check video as part of the investigation.
12:38 PM — Waterford — Medical - Waterford units responded to Mill Hill Road for a 62-year-old man with multiple sclerosis who had fallen to the floor and was not acting like himself.
12:49 PM — Norway — Reckless Driving - A caller reported juveniles doing tricks in the Stevens Memorial and Ripley Building parking lots and on Main Street, saying they nearly caused an accident.
2:23 PM — Paris — Utility Hazard - Paris Fire was sent to Sunrise Drive after a dump truck took down power lines. No smoke or flames were reported visible.
3:06 PM — Buckfield — Vehicle Crash - Buckfield Fire and Rescue were sent to Turner Street after a truck struck a utility pole, bringing down power lines. No injuries were reported, and the driver remained in the vehicle. Central Maine Power was called to the scene.

4:54 PM — Andover — Medical - Rescue was sent to North Main Street for a 78-year-old woman who had fallen and had a possible knee injury. A second tone was needed after the first went unanswered; she was later found off the ground, in a chair and denying injury.
5:19 PM — Norway— Juvenile Complaint - A caller reported juveniles standing in the road in front of a vehicle near a bridge on King Street, using some kind of device and interfering with traffic.
